Mean Girls Network Graphs

At the Network Science Summer Research Institute held at Eastern Connecticut State University, students and I learned about Network Science. My group modeled the interactions of characters in the movie Mean Girls using a script. We used sentiment analysis to observe whether some characters were more positive or negative than others. I helped create an edge list using R to demo network graphs of the communities in Mean Girls.

JetBlue Customer Sentiment Analysis

My team and I worked to integrate the best use of customer feedback for JetBlue. We extracted over 16,000 reviews from TripAdvisor and scraped hundreds of tweets from Twitter. To observe sentimental analysis, we used a Google sentiment API and R for data visualizations. I created word clouds and graphs in R using the reviews from TripAdvisor and Twitter.
